Music Shit / record buying etiquette

I read people bitching on here about record labels/ distros that are slow to send your records out or fail to respond to your emails, but what about the other side of things?  SHITTY CUSTOMERS.  ITs the holiday season, and at this time of year mail starts to move more slowly.  Especially media mail and first class international.  People want their gifts delivered before the holidays so those who pay more to have their items shipped take priority.  MEdia mail sits in the post office sometimes for a week before its even picked up.  Also customs is much stricter and much more bogged down at this time of year so packages that get caught in customs, end up sitting for around a month before they are put back in route.  THis being said it never fails that at least one dickhead every holiday season files a paypal claim against me before even trying to contact me about the whereabouts of their order.  This means not only do I lose out on th money for the records, which I did send you, but I also lose out on the money I spent on postage.  And most likely, though I never do hear from the customer, the records do reach their destination.  If you went to a restaurant and were unpleased with your food would you tell your server, or wait till you got home and then contact the better business bureau?  I realize you only have 45 days to file a paypal dispute, but three weeks is far from 45 days, and if you just contact me I will tell you to be patient and if that doesnt pan out we will figure out something that is fair for both us.  Ive been doing this for quite a  few years now and with very few  complaints, and most of those complaints probably come from people who filed a paypal dispute without contacting me because I told them what I thought of them.

Well I wasn't planning on going, but now that Im going on tour with Yussuf JErusalem I'm going to be there, and so will some of my bands so I'm looking into doing a showcase.  So far I know Dead Ghosts, Red MAss, and Yussuf JErusalem are all going to be there.  Where are some good places to contact about a day show?

Very mysterious band until now.
But 1977 records contacted to all members and got know true story.
Recording studio was legendary Spaceward studio!!!
Singer became famous theater producer and drummer was ex Advertising!

two new releases from Floridas Dying now out and up on the site.  I brought most of these with me on the road, but I left 50 at home which are now up on the site and will be packaged by the lovely ladies of Floridas Dying in my absence.  Unfortunately it doesnt look like Im going to make it across the border into Eastern Canada because the U.S. doesnt want to give me my passport (this will all be sorted out by the time I reach Vancouver), so all you Canadians I was supposed to be visiting on the east should purchase this now.  These records are both limited to 350 copies.

Yes this is indeed one of the worst band names ever, but Im pretty sure these guys are aware of this because based on their video for Bachelor's Life (which was finally taken down from youtube), and their cover art work I dont think these guys take themselves very seriously.  Lo brow crude pop from Los Angeles.
