I've eaten brunches you people wouldn't believe. Braised shortribs on fire off the shoulder of Bushwick. I watched locally-sourced elderberry compote glitter in the gluten-free challah french toast near the Lower Haight. All those moments will be lost in time... like biodynamic wine in the reduction gastrique...

Spinach is so gauche. Arugula is all the rage, and ramps are the new arugula. And brioche is the new croissant.

Even Denny's and (probably something like) Wendy's advertise their brioche, are you sure brioche isn't going the way of spinach?
