Anybody located here, I'm gonna be here too from July 22 - August 25th.  I am stoked on an abundance of cheap and delicious beers compared to the expensive and sometimes delicious beers here in Japan.

Any other live houses than Klub 007 & Green Doors?

How about record shopping?

I'm gonna be in Amsterdam from July 17 - 21 and definitely grateful for all the live house and record shop links.  I plan on making trips outside of the city a day or two to eat mushrooms and enjoy the countryside, but any termboners in the city limits wanna grab some beers one afternoon/night?

Give me a shout!!

The shop down an alley is El Supremo.

If you pass up a trip to Celebrated Summer Records and Atomic Books, you are obviously taking stupid pills.

As of last week, DISCHARGE, with their legacy taken into consideration.  Such a let down.

Kirin Green Label - the efficient, cheap (about $1.50 a can) hangover subduer

This thing makes some ridiculous noise, but I'm afraid of doing anything other than room mic'ing it.

Otherwise, a grunge pedal and eq or metal zone with an eq.  I'm a simple man.

Here's a link to a small business I work for.  We list things as auctions for a week and if they don't sell, they become store stock.  All kinds of genres listed, with new listings every week!  Take a look and bid hard.

Koyo is not a tourist trap.  Meet me in the graveyard at sundown!!

I can definitely make it to the Raydios gig as my flight arrives in the morning, this is great news.  Not sure about that other gig as was gonna stay in Kawaguchiko that night.  If you guys thinks its worth it, I might change my hotel reservation as we're travelling there from Osaka and it sounds like its much easier to get there from Tokyo.  This is my itinerary so far:

Thursday 17th March - TOKYO (see the Raydios)
Friday 18th March - TOKYO
Saturday 19th March - TOKYO
Sunday 20th March - TOKYO (see Firestarter)
Monday 21st March - KYOTO
Tuesday 22nd March - KYOTO
Wednesday 23rd March - KYOTO
Thursday 24th March - KOYO-SAN (sounds like a tourist trap but awesome nonetheless)
Friday 25th March - OSAKA
Saturday 26th March - OSAKA (day-trip to Himeji?)
Sunday 27th March - KAWAGUCHIKO
Monday 28th March - TOKYO
Tuesday 29th March - TOKYO
Wednesday 30th March - TOKYO
Thursday 31st March - home

I'm so Jealous!

Make sure you check before heading to Himeji...I was there in august and it was close for renovation for like a year....

Bring a Japanese band to your country first, then tour Japan.

Did Kawakami's ghost say you could use that photo?

Really should've eaten dinner last night instead of just drinking, but them's the breaks.  A cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks did me right though.

You want to stay in Osaka if you're gonna do day trips to places like Nara, Kyoto, Kobe, etc.  More convenient and more fun at night once you get back from sightseeing.
