Going to a bbq competition that a friend competes in every year somewhere in the suburbs on Saturday.  Figured I'd come down a night early and see what's going on.  But yeah, gotta head back home on Sunday.

Last year when I went to Otto Bar was my first exposure to Baltimore club music.  Wasn't really my thing.  Headed out, tried to find another bar but the streets of Baltimore were eerily quiet... Got creeped out and drank some beers back at the hotel.  Obrycki's was great, though.  I had a bloody mary that came with a crab claw in it and the rim was coated in old bay seasoning.  Planning a return visit to Faidley's as well.

Funny you mention it, this is exactly what happened last time, will not repeat!  Wish I could stick around for Nerve City but I gotta get back home.

I'll be there with nothing to do on Friday the 13th, anything going on?  Or should I plan on a repeat of my last visit (feasting on crabs, not much else).

Incredibly filling pulled pork sandwich.  I'd like nothing more than to take a nap right now, unfortunately I gotta stay at work late.

Benjamin Biolay.  It's current, but in the vein you're looking for.  Feel free to mock me...

Weird. My copy is also missing one of the 2 Lps. If I have the LP you're missing I might be up for trading. I love the record, but want a complete copy.

I have the second LP, missing the first.  You?

Its missing one of the 2 LPs, have no idea what happened to it.  Will trade for random crap, doesn't have to be music.

Kearney show was a lot of fun!  Being out in the burbs reminded me of punk shows I used to go to growing up.  I can't compare but my buddy who went to both shows along with seeing them in Detroit says this was the best of the bunch.

So you get half as much music as the LP for twice the amount of money?  Is there any justification for this pricing?
