a reverse of this is... ten years ago i used to not be able to listen to devo because all the people who i hated in high school loved devo.  over the years i met people who i respected AND who liked devo. then they turned me on to the hardcore devo tracks (pre-SV reissues). i loved that shit. then i listened to other devo. i loved that shit too. now i love devo.

been digging through the past mostly this year. basically only new record i've been listening to has been the juan wauters lp. i was never a beets fan but seeing him at sxsw and hearing the lp won me over. fucking great stuff.

Dunno why nobody's talking at all about Doses. I really dig their album. They encourage you to d/l for free, so what the fuck are you waiting for?
