I didn't know they made a US version, that sounds and probably is horrible.

Really into watching old seasons of the Great British Baking Show now.
Same here. This show is the best wind down after a long stressful day.

I donated to PBS after Trump said he wanted to defund it. I planned on watching news and documentaries but it's pretty much been Great British Baking Show the whole time. It's so nice to watch a reality show where the contestants actually help and root for each other.

Yeah, for sure. Posters, shirts, a few new LP releases, some other shit. What you want a hat or something?

If I was still drinking I would probably buy a hat, don't wear them much but when I drink I would buy just about anything.

Pretty excited for this show, lineup is bands I always want to see but keep missing or they don't come to DC.

First ever domestic

Cheater Slicks - Destination Lonely LP reissue ready in time for this show!

Nice! This will be my first time seeing them and am pretty excited. You planning on having a merch table at the show?

Keeping thinking of the Cheers episode where Woody is a juice spokesman and has to get hypnotized to like it. He keeps saying "you can really taste the kale".

I have kale and arugula every day as it and some baby spinach are the basis for my salad I eat with dinner. Not sure they do much but I gotta work some greens into my diet.

I have become fascinated with watching the video of Richard Spencer getting punched.

Damn, don't know the guy but was just listening to them this morning and have been excited to hear the new album. Hope it's a quick and issue free recovery.

I can't think of anyone who has come close to his level of song writing or personality/genuineness since his passing and I don't see anyone doing that any time soon.

Been doing some post holiday catch up listening

Buck Biloxi - Obama is a Cyborg, pretty much get what you expect from Buck and I don't think that's a bad thing. I like the B side better than the A side but pretty solid couple songs.

Rik &a The Pigs - Don't Tell on Me, took a couple listens for this to catch on with me. Really like the Marc Bolan direction this record goes in. Not what I expected but honestly I should listen to more of his stuff.

Milkshakes - After School Sessions, I may be in the minority when I say the Milkshakes are my least favorite Billy Childish band, still enjoy them a lot but like the others better.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly soundtrack, not really much need to praise this, great stuff. I do enjoy blasting this while making dinner and feeling much more badass than usual.

Charles Mingus- Presents the Charles Mingus Quarter featuring Eric Dolphy, I would say this and Blues & Roots are my favorite Mingus records. One of the local record stores had a really beat up promo copy so I figured I would grab it. Original Faubus Fables is so much better on this record than Mingus Ah Um, love the lyrics. I have always thought Dolphy was incredibly underrated too.

This is hilarious, sent it to a couple of friends who have had to deal with pizza gate but jobs because they work at Comet Ping Pong.

Tommy Jay's Tall Tales of Trauma- I knew a little of his stuff but never sat down and listened to a bunch of it on one record. Pretty safe to say this will be heavy rotation for a while.
