Listening to the Velvet Underground Complete Matrix Tapes. Must have missed this last year when it came out, love the sets and the quality but my favorite part is Lou's accent between songs.

Just saw Gimme Danger, on the whole pretty disappointing. Nothing new or interesting really, seemed like a PBS special on them more than anything else.

Started working my way through the US version of Shameless, I didn't get super far into he British version and am surprised I like the US version more.

Pretty excited to start season three of the Fall this week, gotta catch up on TWD and watch the couple episodes of Luther and Sherlock that Netflix just added. Also looking forward to checking out The Crown. Not a huge fan of royals and shit but something about the preview caught me right.

75 was easily a better series and game 6 was probably a better game but the mere fact that I say probably is a testament to that game last night. You can certainly make arguments for other games and series being in the mix to but there is no doubt that was an amazing game of baseball last night. I am not sure you could find a bigger game with more odd plays and decisions in sports history and still it didn't suffer from the mistakes and odd plays. It delivered the drama like only baseball can.

Fuck Heyward.  His AB with the bases loaded was hideous.  7 more years on that albatross of a contract.

Maddon did his best to lose but somehow Cubs still managed to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat

Talent overcame bad managerial decisions.

I would say in almost 40 years of watching baseball that game has to be top two or three I have seen if not the best ever. The number of odd events was amazing for a single game.

Don;t agree with getting Chapman coming into this game at this point.

That was a really odd move, think the fact that Chapman is a free agent plays into it. Madden doesn't really have to worry about his health past tomorrow.

Duh on me. I once attended a World Series DAY GAME. Real talk.

I wish they would go back to at least day game during the series every year. How about a Saturday afternoon? Think it would be fun.
