Saw the Strokes in San Diego with about ~20 people in attendance tops. They only had a single out then. Saw Ty Segal during his first LP tour and the place was dead. Same with the White Stripes.

All Devil Dogs albums are shite. I can't listen to more than half a song from the Clorox Girls, Cococomas or Marked Men anymore. Bleh.

A lot of the blownout shit-fi bands of the very late 90's-2000's aren't listenable to me anymore. Come to think of it, they never were. Well, with the exception of The Reatards, The Fatals and the Persuaders (mainly because they were rad live). Bands like the Hospitals, Real Losers, Hipshakes, LiveFastDie, Functional Blackouts, Tunnel of Love...those recordings are fucking hard to listen to and we all know they were recorded to sound like shit on purpose- it was the "in-thing" back then and many of us bought into it.
