StrongLifts is just a knock off of Mark Rippetoes Starting Strength routine. I think starting strength or Bill Starr's 5x5 routine would be much better than stronglifts. The problem with stronglifts is that it's just too many exercises, too much volume, and too many reps...sometimes less is more.

Point the finger at yourself, dipshit. It's the NFL.  If you don't want another team running up the score on you, don't let them!

Also, I don't think it really had anything with running up the score. The two coaches just haven't gotten along since their days back in New England under Bill Belachek....who of course, was notorious for not shaking hands with opposing coaches....or would shake hands while looking away...awsome!!!

And their coach is major douche for taking issue on the Broncos running up the score...

I could care less if he's a douche or not. I just want the KC Chiefs to be a great football team again. It wasn't too long ago that Derrick Thomas and Neil Smith were leading the Chiefs defense and they were going to playoffs and in contention for AFC championships.

Yes, I understand this is only the SECOND year of a rebuilding phase, but we should be winning super bowls here in KC, not losing to some fuckin lowlifes like the Broncos or Raider.

Last time I checked, hip hop was music...therefore, it should be in "music shit"

Furthermore, why is the "electronic/dance music" thread in "music shit" if a hip hop thread can't be located there....maybe that should be moved to the pop punk section also, unless you want to have double standards.

silver sleeve only comes on clear vinyl copies

yeah, i forgot about that...that was the first press on clear vinyl.

40 is still a good price for the 7"...if only I had a job.

clear vinyl is 3rd press, it was supposed to go in the mythical rev box set. i saw about 500 of empty silver sleeves sitting in a box at rev a few years ago.

oh, I clearly have no clue what i'm talking about...i'll shut up
