Institute "Catharsis," I just got the record. I'm not super kept up on new punk outside of upstate NY but this band is tite.
Simon & Garfunkel "Sound of Silence." Never listened before last night except what I've heard on the radio. It was cool but I gtta listen again.

Institute is fuckin killing it. Their live performances look a little goofy. The singer is trying real hard to look autistic. The rest of the band look like normal ass, bored dudes. Someone needs to pour more coke and alcohol in them.

Just discovered Conduct from Winnipeg. It's a crazy post-hardcore/post-punk hybrid. Showed a friend and he called it shit but what does he know, he's a Captured Tracks fanboy... He got a big boner for the B Boys new release so I thought he'd dig this too lol
