After much procrastination &/or frustration, the first proper feature length Erik Nervous album is available digitally! Featuring the rhythmic talents of Jeff Mahannah (I Get Mynze, Giorgio Murderer, Legendary Wings, Muzzy, Menthols, The Spits), & the low end pulsations of Joe "Roldy" Varchola (The Uncanny, The Wrap On Ice, Trancers, https://roldy.bandcamp.com).
Recorded in classic DIY fashion direct to moldy old quarter inch tape in beeeeeeeeee-yooteefull downtown Kalamazoo. Featuring eleven originals & a cover of an early Siouxsie & The Banshees tune.

We're doing a limited self-released run of 100 cassettes, first available at Nowhere 2019 fest in Columbus, Ohio, & then to the public at large. A vinyl pressing is inevitable.

Honestly I'm just glad it came out longer than 20 minutes.

Small correction, tape version will be released by Satellite Records. Already Dead is a great label though, check them out. The Mr. Transylvania tape they just put out is fantastic.

If you missed out on the test press you want, I just listed some of mine on my Discogs.

US Press: Neck Chop
UK Press: Drunken Sailor
Cassette: Already Dead Tapes

Everything up to the Total Punk single on one LP. The first time available on vinyl for roughly half the material, along with three previously unreleased tracks; one from the Demo sessions, & two instrumentals outtake from the Discontinuous Innovation tape. The instrumental outtakes will be divided between the vinyl presses, with one exclusive to the UK press, & the other exclusive to the US press, because we live in a capitalist society.

Working on writing stuff for an LP, along with a couple little side projects with friends. Go check out the new Datenight/Spodee Boy split 7 that Spodee forced me to record a guitar part for. Good shit.

I'd love to have all three Six Minute War 7"s all on one convenient circle of plastic, &/or a Stef Petticoat comp LP with all The Petticoats, Amy & The Angels, & Crash/Petticoats tracks on one disc as well. Probably wishful thinking on the latter, as apparently there's an old band member of Stef's that's blocking the release of some of her music for some reason.

Going ahead with the comp. Plan is to do a Euro & US press on vinyl, along with a tape version in the US as well. Will update with label names when everything's set & ready. I don't know if it'll be possible to cram any bonus tracks onto this disc, though. Worst comes to worst I'll put 'em up on my Bandcamp page. Thanks y'all.

DIY trash is kinda the point, btw.

Music Shit / Erik Nervous comp?

I've had a couple of offers to do a compilation LP of all my 7's, tapes, & stuff I've put out up to now. Wanted to try to get a gauge on what the interest in such a thing would be. If everybody already has all the 7"s it would kind of a redundant release. It'd have the demo (including an outtake that wasn't on the 7 version), the winter cassingle, the neck chop EP, the total punk single, the Discontinuous Innovation tape, & my track offa the upcoming Killed By Meth 2 comp. Just wanted to know what y'all think.

My apologies if this post is frowned upon or horrifically formatted or whatever. This my first post on here, so go easy on me ya lousy cunts.
