This is a cd only release from some Australian record label: http://www.myspace.com/evilutionrecords. I think it's a compilation.
It is. The label is run by a member of Digger & the pussycats. None of their stuff had been released there, so the guy made this comp.

When I was like 12 I used to like Limpbizkit, then my desperate parents bought me "Fresh fruit...." by Dead Kennedys, and the Bad Brains' ROIR sessions. It worked instantly, their honor was safe.
