There is a LARGE room opening in my house for January.
Its in an ally called Sycamore that is between Valencia and Mission, also between 17th and 18th.
A block and a half away from BART. Very prime location.
$630 plus utilities.
Room mates and guests are for the most part all music people, blah blah blah.

You got it wrong Bradx, its a "crime" to sit on the sidewalk, not just to sit down.
I always liked this law. Like Colin said, its geared towards getting drunks/junkies/crusties/homeless people(who really are the only people you see sitting down on the sidewalk) outta the way when they are literally blocking the sidewalk, which happens A LOT here. Cant stand going to haight street and getting harassed for change, smokes, weed, ect by some fucking kid that set up camp on a tiny ass sidewalk. Plus, why the fuck would I want to sit on a filthy side walk anyways?
