YUP, ANOTHER GOOD TIME IN FERNDOG. BYOB, and free, but a $3-5 donation is suggested for touring bands. I saw this band on the west side of the state a few weeks ago and there were a ton of kids going crazy. Let's show them the east side parties harder!

9pm NO BUMMER ZONE
625 leroy st. ferndale

EMPIRE EMPIRE (I WAS A LONELY ESTATE)
http://www.myspace.com/empireempireiwasalonelyestate [www.myspace.com] ?
Local indie band with riffs and hooks. What more do you want???

ALGERNON CADWALLADER
http://www.myspace.com/algernoncadwallader [www.myspace.com] ?
Based in Philly with some serious Cap'n Jazz vibes. The most fun you'll ever have during a band. Played in Kzoo three weeks ago and the house burned down. Get ready!

THE REPTILIAN
http://www.myspace.com/thereptilianband [www.myspace.com] ?
Kzoo band with some twinky guitar paired with mild screaming. A live act you don't want to miss.

BUTT BABIES
http://www.myspace.com/buttbabies [www.myspace.com] ?
Local two piece formed by two men for others. Short, loud, and mostly fast. Kinda like the first time you has sex. Buy your sister one of their shirts.

I'm reading this amazing interview book about Hitchcock. Truffaut is studying and analyzing his work with him. It has great images in it that I have been scanning at the office I work at. Right now I am on the chapter about his movie "Spellbound" which Salvador Dali created the dream sequence in. So good.

What is the name of this?

i got this shit when i hurt my back a few years ago and it was pretty bad. i was told it a muscle relaxant, but after looking online it seems to be more of an anxiety pill. anyways i was loopy as hell, and i basically don't remember the weekend i was taking them. my friends told me i was talking crazy and rolling on the floor and saying i hated everyone. so yeah, did wonders for my back...
