Yo, how many Kevin Boyer records were pressed to justify it being TEN DOLLARS postpaid within the US? I know it's 2009. I know records cost money to press. $7 ppd. is reasonable with shipping, Paypal, packaging time, gas to the post office, etc. But what's the deal here?

Yeah, that is a lot for what seems to be a b/w sleeve and a black record. Anyways, how many copies were pressed?
