Has anyone seen this shit???

I caught the last 30 seconds of a show, enough to hear Hulk say, "You're a Jabronie, GET OUTTA MY RING!!"

Pretty, pretty weird.

Music Shit / Re: analog to digital

I use Audacity to record out of my 8 track

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

it's freeware

I save as a wave file and then edit (or "master") using Wavleab - save down as a wma or mp3 file and then burn to disc

roland makes cheap external sound cards that run at 24 bits - so run the RCAs out of the 8 track into the external soundcard and then into your computer.  or you can get a 2 track box by someone like presonus and use that as a analog to digital converter, bit more expensive but cheaper than the high end analog digital converters out there but still pretty decent

Where can I get one of those Roland external sound cards?  I just looked around a bit and all I found were shitty keyboards???

Why is this a pre-order if it's out now??

"street date" is july 8th.  i assume the only place you can get it right now is from the band.

Correctomundo!

Umm this may be on the agenda:
THE LITTLE NUGGET
233 North Virginia Street, Reno, 89502
(775) 323-0716
If you want the best burger in Reno, head to the Little Nugget Casino in downtown Reno and ask for the ?Awful-Awful.? For only $3.99 every day, you?ll get a massive burger with all the trimmings, served along with a huge basket of crispy french fries. It?s the best deal in town, and the best burger to boot. The restaurant, if you can call it that, is miniscule, with a counter and only a few seats. It?s located in the very rear of the casino, and expect it to be crowded no matter what time of day you visit. The food is simple, homemade before your eyes, and anything you choose here is good. However, nothing packs the punch of the Awful-Awful.

Holy shit, I just ate lunch, but that burger made me fucking hungry!

Also, I love the Gain, I wish I could go!!  I saw them maybe three times at the Purple Onion about ten years ago.  It'd be me and a few friends in the crowd, which sucked for the band, but was great for us.  Steve = guitar wizard.

Since I started recording bands, the act of downloading songs has really started to freak me out, so much so that I don't even do it anymore.  It takes us months to record an album that took years to write and some kid downloads it in seconds, possibly judging it before it's even completely downloaded.  I don't know if this is good or bad, but it definitely freaks me out.
