Anyone have anything from these dudes that they'd like to part with? Or anything else from HIV Tarnations? (I believe that was the label name...)... Thanks

New on Wheaton - LEAD ZEPPELIN C20 (like the element, not the verb)

This particular tape is 100% improvised. Half the time it's rhythmic enough for you to bob your head to, while the rest may lead you to believe we switched instruments. My buddy Tim and drums, and myself on a bent DS-1 with effects.

Hand numbered tapes. Limited to 16. $5 shipped in the states.

Paypal to info@undergroundcollector.com

Here's a few cuts from the tape...

THANKS.

POS is garbage. I'm tired of hearing about that shit.

My hip hop regulars are G4 stuff (Qwel, Typical Cats) and lots and lots and lots of Sixtoo. MF Doom is okay with me as well.

Used Records For Sale/Auctions/Wantlists / TV Carnage DVDs
« on: April 06, 2009, 02:45:30 PM »
Two TV Carnage DVDs were damaged during shipping, and I'm offering them for $15 shipped ($20+shipping regularly).

TV CARNAGE - Sore for Sighted Eyes - damage consists of a broken case. The top is cracked, but the artwork is still pristine. http://www.tvcarnage.com/dvds/5/

TV CARNAGE- Casual Fridays - spine of the case caved in on the top inch of the case resulting in about a 1 inch rip of the artwork, as well as the clear protective plastic of the DVD case. http://www.tvcarnage.com/dvds/4/

All internal material and discs are pristine within both.

Finally, I'm asking for $10 shipped for debris v.1.

All funds support "debris v.2: Video Escombros" and the "VideoDebris"- the first mixtape webshow.

Any combination of the above three discs for sale will result in a deal.

Shoot me an e-mail at info@undergroundcollector.

EDIT- I should also mention that TV Carnage sells these for $25 on their site.

This is an interesting discussion- I've listened to a bit of MM, and I don't think I'd call them boring, necessarily, but they're a hard group to get into, and I'm interested in the people who are indeed into them.

The bottom line from me is that they are entirely overrated. It's like if a band gets a tape on FuckItTapes amongst other labels, they become essential and praised (and don't take that as my putting down FIT- I own plenty, and appreciate plenty- I'm just making the comment that a lot of groups get instant satisfaction when they're associated with some hip, indie label).
