Reading Dreamweapon: Spacemen 3 and the Birth of Spiritualized. It's not the most interesting book in the world, but it's an alright read. Mostly I'm surprised to find out that every pretty much every single song they ever wrote was about heroin. It's not really much of a surprise to find out that someone who named himself "Sonic Boom" had a bit of an ego problem. It is kinda interesting to read about how much they were hated and ignored locally, but I guess that any band doing anything halfway interesting (challenging) has to be hated where they come from.

I need to check this out. I didn't know it existed.
