just got the latest batch of Video Disease stuff. The Perspex Flesh 7" is stellar. Stoic Violence 12" sounds great too. The Straitjacket Nation LP is unbelievable!!! Also just listened to the Society Nurse LP and it kills the EP.

Definetely looks more "Hard" than what it is overall.

Kind of what I thought too. It is pretty rad regardless and the packaging is stunning. Just not quite as heavy as I thought?

Some of you guys are so fuckin' funny. 8 pages of "Meh meh meh I hate My Bloody Valentine." I'm not sure I've seen a single dissenting opinion. That's fine. I'm ok being one of two people here who is a fan. I wouldn't even expect most of the Termbros to care. Its just kind of funny. Like opposite of the rest of the internet right now. JUst had to chime in. Go back to the hate.

Hmmm, you must have selective reading issues. I believe numerous links were posted with killer MBV tracks from throughout their career. I posted a few myself. And I've been pulling for the EPs and Isn't Anything pretty hard (much like my cock). Not to mention name-dropping other (further out/more obscure/just as good) related stuff that a MBV fan could dive deep into.

I think you are confusing a "Mehness" about their new album as a "Fuck My Bloody Valentine," but I'm not getting it at all.

p.s. The rest of the Internet are virgin sycophants who refresh Pitchfork on quarter-hour intervals. You should know by now that Terminal Boredom is the true elite of the armchair rocker community and respect should be granted accordingly.

I was thinking that, but didn't mention it in my original post. I like it all, except that This Is Your Bloody Valentine record.
