looking for the big star and ty segall records also. Didnt goner say they were going to put up the ty rex album for sale in the webstore?

If they had some left, I believe.

Yep, they said they're putting them up on Monday the 25th. (If they have them.) I totally missed that Fucked Up LP. Looks like I'm going back to the store this afternoon.

That Big Star's going to be all over eBay and in used bins soon enough. I think people were just buying it hoping to get one of the five actual test pressings. I'd give it a week. Incidentally, some guy is selling the first three Big Star LPs (reissues) on ebay right now with a $45 BIN.

I wouldn't have minded getting Hormoaning but it was gone by the time I got through the crowd. I saw people buying it along with that Fleetwood Mac "Rumours" reissue and Mumford and Sons. I forgot Nirvana was Top 40.

edit: I got that Television but Christ is was $35. I felt like a dick buying that.

He lives here and isn't playing here. What a crock. He's content to give us all the Crooked Fingers we could ever want, no Archers.

Does anyone have the Trouble in Mind split or Ty Rex?

I couldn't find them at either of the shops I went to in Denver.

Non-Music Shit / Re: home recording - two simultaneous USB tracks?

USB mics should all be able to be routed to different inputs in the DAW. I can't say I have any experience with it but it seems like you'd just select each as their own input in your program. A powered USB hub might be necessary if you need more than the # of usb ports your computer has.

My mbox records two simultaneous tracks into all the DAWs I've tried, Garageband and Logic included. You should be able to find a cheap one on ebay or craigslist. The mbox2 also supports MIDI if you have a synth or something.

Yeah, the metal episode started off great. Kyuss - Thumb followed by Slayer - Angel of Death... but then there was that Drowning Pool song.

I got that 7" for $8 or so on discogs and gave it to a friend for his birthday. I guess I'm a great friend now.

I was let down by The Clean not playing Tally Ho as well. Otherwise, it was definitely worth the trip.
