Saw them in Denver the other night and was horrified to see that there were only about 8 people there. Thomas Function and Yussuf Jerusalem both played great sets to empty rooms.

They played We Simply Just Attack which made my day.

The next time they come through, I expect the place to be packed as they're fucking excellent live and both full-lengths are fantastic.

If your 8 track can provide phantom power, you could go for that mxl 991 package. I'm sure you could find it even cheaper on Craigslist.

I have the MXL 990 condenser, it's not the best but it gets the job done.
