So I'm moving to Warsaw. I have family and some work lined up there. Now I need to find a good place to live, and a good place to go out. Anyone have suggestions/contacts? Any good factoids I should know?

Hi termbo'ers
From 2007-2011 I threw a couple hundred shows at the Friendship Cove, putting on some of the most exciting house/illegal venue shows in the city. Mostly with termbo'ers. Since then, I've been out of the scene.
But recently in this city, I've been seeing artists and show goers alike be disappointed with the work of the promoters. This has motivated me to get back into the game.
So, as a result, I have started DWYW/GWYW Records (DOWHATYOUWANT / GETWHATYOUWANT)
Do What You Want will be focused on just that. Doing what you want without limits, and getting the show you dreamed would happen to happen. So this will include tour booking, and local shows. The aim is to provide a more enjoyable, personal, and weirder experience than other promoters provide.
Get What You Want will focus on record production and merchandise. Getting bands quality merch to sell on tour, that everyone will be happy with.
So, to anyone who is interested in continuing their tour into Canada, more specifically Montreal, feel free to contact me to set up a show. I'll make it the best stop of your tour.

For minimal effects, such as increased stamina, and a sexy-slim cheetah-like figure, five times a week is adequate.
But if you want to hit the arms and shoulders, as well as other benefits, one should increase it to three times daily, and move onto advanced tricks that involve hoisting.
There are also many instructional DVD's on this type of workout. But remember, one cannot achieve this workout solo!
As long as you have a sense of pride, you can succeed at this workout.

No. Dental and vision stuff is not covered in Canada.
I got a referral from a dentist years and years ago to get my 1 wisdom tooth out but I haven't done anything about it.
Nothing hurts but the teeth along the front of my lower jaw are slowly getting crookeder and crookeder.
No and yes. You can go to any hospital and get it done for free (you don't need a dentist, it's a surgery), and they'll put you under 100% of the time. Most dentists won't tell you so unless it's really necessary though. My dentist wanted to yank mine out (and charge me a g note), but they didn't hurt bad, so I kept them in, they're all in now and no problems. again, just a bit of character in the bottom teeth
