Hey gang, have you ever tried to like a band?  I know I have.  Yes, it?s somewhat embarrassing, but I?m pretty sure we?ve all been there.  Maybe a good friend steered you wrong, or maybe you read about some group that sounded right up your ally and you wanted to give them a chance.  Maybe you just wanted to see why so many people have a particular rock n roll combo painted on the back of their leather and or jean jacket.  Regardless, you listened to the band, didn?t really like them, but you pressed on for some stupid reason. Trying again, maybe even investing so of your hard earned cash. Eventually, thank god, you realized the error of your ways and released this lousy band from your life.

I want to collect from as many people as possible a comic about a band that YOU tried to like.  It shouldn?t take that long to draw.  Just one drawing of said band.  And no, you do not have be a pro by any stretch of the imagination.  Also, if on the drawing you can say why you thought you would like the group/performer in the first place, as well as your true feelings about why you finally came to the conclusion that you do not in deed like them.  Cool?  Right now I?m planning on making this a web only release, but possibly I?ll turn it into one of them their old fashioned comic books!

The phrase Keyboard Commando would be applicable.  That said, I love the Ramones more than many things in life.  Also, Walter Lure used to play some of those ghost leads too.
