It's interesting but i don't think it's $25 interesting. Get netflix instead, that's how i watched Salon Kitty. I think you can look through their selection without signing up for it too.

Yeah I looked into it.....looking like I am back on the Netflix train. Torrents just aren't delivering with the cult shit recently.

This is one of the few in this genre I haven't seen. Is it worth the 25-28 bucks to own?

I thought it was kind of tepid. Lots of sex/degradation(it IS Tinto Brass so were talking softcore teetering on the brink of hardcore here) but overdrawn in length(2 hrs plus). Kind of like The Damned(in fact Helmut Berger and Ingrid Thulin are in this film along with some cabaret numbers...gee I wonder where Brass got that idea from.)really but with lots of sleaze. The scene where the whores are tested by forcing them to fuck amputees, hunchbacks, and gypsies was one of the highlights. You might want to just NEtflix it instead. Worth a watch but Im not sure Id want to own it. Caligula was so much better.

I'm thinking about re-upping my Netflix subscription. I had it years ago in college but just found they didn't have EVERYTHING then that I was looking for and that was also when Kim's in NYC was still renting so I canceled. Do they outsider/more cult type stuff now? Is it worth it?
