It's at least one ex major label worker and a couple guys that worked for labels before. i think their output isn't insane, especially compared to other contemporary reissue labels. And they do stick almost entirely to soul/funk/r&b, but the few punk or rock things they've done have been quality (wayfaring stranger comp, unwound, michigan meltdown comps, Antena, sudden/jacobites, etc) and haven't suffered from either a)crummy sound quality, or b)crummy packaging which are the two things that most reissue labels tend to butcher (mississippi, 4 men, plain, etc). I'm sure some of those comps could be cut from 2 lp's to 1 lp, but at the same time the people that complain about twoo many songs on an lp also complain when more songs exist that could have been added.
