never heard the finger five (WOW!) or the pre-motown J5 stuff, but now i want to!
i like a lot of the "schlocky ballads" the jacksons do. i love ballads. does "one more chance" fit in that category? i love that song! is it "schlocky?"

oh, adam, this just reminded me...have you heard that harlem globetrotters stuff ever? i mean, no michael on vocals obviously, but they pretty much just ripped the J5 sound, and the couple songs i heard were pretty cool! i'm sure you've heard it, though, since it's from a cartoon.

i'm a good tipper when i'm able to be, but i have a hard time tipping a dollar for a bottle of beer that already cost me $3.00 or something. i mean, fuck, he/she bent down and got a beer from the fridge. if i tip every time i get a beer, that's way less beers that i can afford to have had by the end of the night.
but if i order delivery i always tip very well because delivery drivers deserve hazard pay, at least in some areas. the Chopstix dude's been robbed outside my house TWICE.

oh, and i watched some chick shoot a bear out of a tree and then fuck on it, and as the couple swig bourbon the dogs drag the bear carcass off into the woods. the bear screamed when it got shot, i think. it was upsetting.
