find a shitty doctor with no business, complain about chronic pain from a tailbone injury and say you dont like how percs make you feel.
Really?! I have an actual tailbone injury right now, and I have had a hell of a hard time getting any type of help. My doctor just told me to keep taking ipbrofen and go to physical therapy, which I can nowhere near afford and my insurance will not cover. Yesterday it hurt so bad that I went to prompt care and the doctor was much more sympathetic but only gave me 15 Lortabs. I'm not even trying to get all fucked-up on painkillers or anything, I just don't want to be in pain all day. Ibprofen helps somewhat but it makes me really sick of my stomach with the amount I have to take. Maybe I've just been going to the wrong places? What kind of doctor should I be looking for? Everywhere in Lafayette is associated with either St. Elizabeth or Clarian/Arnett medical.
depending on your insurance it will be harder. most plans dont want to pay for it and avoid it at all cost, and most doctors know it. you have to get somebody who doesnt get a ton of patients. try a bad area for this. doesn't always work, but if you keep saying it isnt enough and you have a underworked doctor, just say you'll see someone else. rx will flow.
