I just realized that I have never actually sat down and listened to either of the Bloodstains Across Northern Ireland comps. If I were looking for Irish punk bands, that's where I would start.

Ok, ignore that Genesis turned himself into a replica of Courtney Love and that the Hitler shtick was straight Cartman, this is an enjoyable 72 minute film, see it if it plays near you:

For folks in Sacramento, CA - I know its playing at the Crest Theatre towards the end of this month. I'm excited to see it. I've always found Genesis P. Orridge to be an intriguing character.

College dorm room-kinda shit.

Yeah.  In the interest of full disclosure, my taste is pretty awful.  I often find myself transfixed over dick and fart jokes, as well as just about anything that ends with NIGAAAAAAAA.  Like wen somebody quotes this "I often find myself transfixed over dick", I will laugh.  Really hard.  So yeah, Mitch Hedberg is about my level duude

Ever seen Brian Posehn live? If my memory serves me correctly, the majority of his routine involved fart jokes.

I've seen Attell twice...one a few years back during the height of Insomniac and then again about two months ago. I have to say he was funnier the first time around. If anything, this last time his act almost seemed improv/stream of consciousness ... ranging from hilarious to 'what the hell is he talking about'? Still pretty entertaining. I have also seen Neil Hamburger. DJ Rick use to make me watch videos of NH - was not a fan then - just thought the dude was annoying. Then I got a chance to see him live, and then I became a fan. I don't think his shtik records well - best in person.

On a similiar note, a few weeks back I went to a comedy house show in Davis .... pretty damn awesome.
