Its not a competition !!! Both records will appeal to certain people and both won't to others....

the RCT album is almost as good as the jay reatard record. it's also killer but in a different way, like a more rock version of the avengers or something like that. the song "lookin for a line" is incredible, and "i'm your negative" and a lot more. Black Sunday are pssss, but RCT are great

Well I recorded all the drums to a tape machine with no music at all ... Just the song ideas in my head  ... Brought that back to Alix's apartment in Atlanta... Overdubbed all the guitars her bass and back up vocals (on one song )and my vocals in her apartment ..The whole time her Jazz nerd neighbor downstairs beat on the ceiling and freaked out (keep in mind the amp I used was 10 watts).... Moved back to Memphis mixed the record  in my bedroom... No fancy tricks no fancy editing ... Just a  guitar player who plays drums and bass and sings .. You know simple stuff...I think they call it Punk Rock
