Just found a link to pdf of the book that Gary Johnson wrote back in the day.  I picked up a re-print of this in Barcelona of all places.  Has some good photos and most importantly, Gary Johnson's poems and essays on the importance of Oi!

infact, i think it was reprinted in German first and then English.

One that goes under the radar, is probaly the first book about Casuals  from the 80's called "sing when your winning" (steve redhead) which can be picked up quite cheap.
