When I played a show with them they covered Crosstown Traffic and nailed it note for note. One of the wildest and musically competent bands I've ever seen (in Rochester).

Too late. No more real tunes.
pretty much true, except for lumpy and the dumpers anyway

I love my brother's shit as much as anyone and his new album is EN FUEGO but that is a gross misstatement for sure. The Cowboys have tunes. Marky has tunes. Plenty of people are writing and releasing solid material (believe it or not !) in 2016. Keep your ear to the ground and ya just might discover I'm right, but you gotta right to choose too. I will say probably 60-75% of the new music I check out that is championed by people on this board is insipid drivel, but there are some real gems amongst all the floating turds out here in Internet land. Fodder fodder gimme some more !

I love VU but a friend was arguing he hates them because they are transphobic -

This has gotta be one of the most ridiculous things I've ever read on Terminal Boredom.

I saw sheer mag last night night. It was some of the most lifeless music I've ever heard. So boring.

I thought they sounded like Third Eye Blind which is fine by me

Is the new lumpy gross or "developed"?

Stupid. I think it's some of his best stuff, Spider bite is the cut

STEVE is my favorite band in hardcore and you will never see them or even hear them probably. They have a song on the Lumpy Mixtape #2 from a demo session I did of them. Support your local blue collar punk act./End transmission.

Still enjoying that Cowboys album. Apparently they're from the Bloomington area and I met a dude from there the other night and he said they're great live. So, like, go on tour or something dudes. I thought it might be a "bedroom" project, but I guess they're a functioning band. Some great and goofy songs on that record. I don't even have the wax

They are awesome live. Singer writes all the music and words. There are cuts on the tapes that are really cool too (say hello to the sun for me)
