Just want to point out that the Canucks are 4-0 and atop the League standings as of this moment.
They easily could be 0-4 though.
Somebody put The Punks' tape online. Reminded me of how great it is, not by the channel's drawn out "review" but by hearing them play for about thirty seconds. Really great shit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0IcWGsoyR8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0IcWGsoyR8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0IcWGsoyR8
HC guys pretending to be on the set of The Lost Boys
I don't miss people celebrating idiocy.
Also also : the CC DUST 12" is about to be the sheer mag 7" of 2016, but that new tape they did really is superb. I've listened to the shinkansen song like 40 times this week it's the kind of color by numbers that takes talent and intelligence , completely saccharine without needing any subsequent starch. I think both people involved are in vexx, though I am probably wrong, and this cc dust shit strikes me with much more force than that band ever did

Been listening to a lot of SHITTY LIMITS, who never got their due in my opinion. Why are the hives famous? They were as attractive.
anyway, this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FU2OoEryXBE - is great. Goddamn! I can't wait to see these guys in November. I kinda get how Termbo never caught the fever, and/but/and maybe it's cause I toured with them and saw em 40 times, but they werre really one of the best OUR KIND OF bands of the last 20 years. It takes a lot of well-earned confidence to tour the US with some dorks on the strength of your genius 12" (and it is absolute genius - https://sorrystaterecords.bandcamp.com/album/beware-the-limits ), and they killed it every night. I miss them all every goddamn day.
