that half japanese documentary is alright but the second half of it looks like they shot all the footage in a day. and not too much actual talking to the fair brothers either. its mostly just the same 4 people saying the same things about half japanese over and over. the first half is great though.

Other than the Bodeans getting more press here than every other state combined (at least at this point), the only regional songs you hear over and over would be stuff like "The Bears Still Suck" and Da Yoopers anthems like "Rusty Chevrolet" and "First Day of Deer Camp." Better than Tesla, but much worse than the Standells.

Clockcleaner new CD - really want this on vinyl.  This album fucking rules!  I very rarely want to throw around the over-used tag of something "sounding like the Stooges" because nothing that "sounds like the Stooges" never has the darkness, or the intelligence, or the weirdness (no new album Stooges pun intended), or the forward-thinking-make-every-album-sound-different-from-the-last tenacity that the Stooges had (except when Larry Hardy compared the Piranhas to the Stooges), but there are moments on this album that really remind me of the Stooges, especially track 2.   

i thought the same thing when i heard vomiting mirrors also. the guitar on that album sounds like a seagull sometimes.

i can't listen to brian eno or new order without thinking that my cell phone keeps ringing so im constantly looking at it. this happen to anyone else?

Cant sleep to music. When I was a kid, used to sleep to Pink Floyd Animals. Once went to sleep to Psychicl TV's Dreams... LP and had nightmares. That was the last time I was able to sleep to music. Nowadays I can sleep to talking on the radio. The mumble of voices puts me to sleep.


Bob Uecker has a great voice for this.
