i don't pay income tax ever, or very very little, because i don't make enough money throughout the course of the year.
social security tax is completely impossible to avoid though, you can only hope to minimize the damage.
anyhow, i doubt i'll see any rebate money this year.

i was going to ask, and anyone can chime in here, is there any program (educational or otherwise) you might know of that would enable me to move to paris, perhaps permanantly.
