Resurrecting an old thread here but Imprint will price match most places. Talk to Walt about it.  They also do tip-on jackets and gatefolds now.   I've gone through imprint for about 100 releases and they're consistently pleasant to work with.  Pretty rare statement in this biz.

i saw that dude on some TV show that showcased single rooms (not houses) that cost over $1M.    he spent all his money on that stupid house and basically went broke in the middle of construction.  hence the line:

sick news after last seeing this thread in march.  anyone heard pressing numbers?

we've worked out a onetime pressing deal with EMI that should be big enough for everyone to get one as long as they dont wait forever.  if we totally miscalculated demand and it sells out overnight I'm sure EMI would re-license it. 

got the tests for this yesterday and they sound full and loud.  still working on compiling the art so november is still the release goal.

How does one submit themselves for future inclusion as a dealer?  I think I'd kill it at this thing.

yea you should figure it out, i bet you'd do good.   i went to this thing over the summer and was bummed about the lack of used records.  the majority of that vendor list just have a box of their new releases, which is little interest to me and then only a few booths with actual used records.  i wouldve bought something from you just to make the trip worth while.
