I just do all equal parts of everything, but just a tad bit more cedar, rosemary, and citronella than the rest.

You shouldn't have to take your cat to the vet to get the topical Advantage. They sell it in most pet stores. The Capstar tablets can be found at some pet stores (I know places like Petco sell them online and in some of their stores) and at veterinarian's offices (which usually don't require an appointment/office visit).

A lot of flea bombs will not kill all life stages of the flea. It usually targets the adult, larval, and egg stages. There is a stage between the larval and adult stages called the pupal stage, which is basically like a cocoon. It is EXTREMELY difficult to get rid of them in this stage. Once you remove the cats to bomb your place, treat them, and then bring them back home the pupae can break out of their cocoon after sensing increased carbon dioxide levels and vibrations. Plus, they like to burrow into dark hard to reach places, such as the crevices in furniture and etc.

Using a combination of a Capstar and a topical or oral flea preventative such as Advantage or Comfortis should help with the fleas on your feline friends though. As for your apartment, you might have to seek out something or multiple things to deal with all of the different life stages. Make sure you avoid anything with organophosphates in them since it tends to have some nasty side effects.

If you want to try the natural route for your cats... I make a concoction out of essential oils. I use lemongrass, citronella, cedar, rosemary, clove, and peppermint. It works pretty well, but you have to apply it frequently.

Yes
Ahhhhhh.  I heard God's Temple of Family Deliverance when I lived in Houston back in high school, but I never put it together that that band was involved in this new crop of Houston punk.  Neat.

Ben, come back for a visit soon! Yes?

Bryan's last name is Alchamaa (Talk Sick Brats, Crime Wave, Fun Boys).

He's in White Crime, not Crime Wave, although Houston is a big city, so there is a lot of crime.

Whoops, I totally didn't realize that I had brain farted right there. My bad.

This is normal for Houston. 100 degrees 100% humidity for 3 months, and after that is cools down to a brisk 95 for another 2 months. The fall and winters are awesome though. Fuck this place.

Houston only has two seasons... summer and February.
