Freeze a can of shaving cream.  While it's frozen use a can opener to open the bottom of the can.  Put it in his car making sure all the windows are closed.  As it thaws it will expand and fill the entire car.

I've done this before but it didn't expand very much, only a little bit. Nothing like the filling the whole car thing, just a little mound of shaving cream sitting on the back seat.
