Cities / Minneapolis / St. Paul

Weird, I figured this area would have its own thread in the Cities board, but I guess not. So first thing I'm getting is that not much goes on here. Confirm or deny? I was looking at some of those odd Forbes lists today, Most Affordable Cities and Best Cities For Jobs, and Minneapolis was the only place to appear in both lists. Is this really the chosen land as far as these 2 things are concerned? It ranked pretty high on the jobs one, Milwaukee did too. I dunno, just curious...

Anyone here know what the deal is with this? I read the terms of it, but I still don't understand. As a seller I'm curious, who's taking the "10% off" hit on this one: the seller (I assume) or ebay (yeah right)?
