It's not the best band out there right now but definitely one of the most interesting. I get the same vibe as Fucked Up in their earlier years. Intriguing band which makes them interesting to follow. I try to keep up-to-date with their discography but it's almost impossible to follow. A lot of hits but some misses too. And a real shame that most of their lay-outs look like shit.

My wife and myself will be visiting the aformentioned cities next week. Any info on record stores or distro's located in those cities would be very much appreciated!

Dixit Mean Jeans' myspace, they are playing club "Molodoi" in Strasbourg on the 14th of September. Is this still on because nothing is mentioned on the website of Molodoi (http://www.molodoi.net/programme.php)?
Any other concertinfo is also very welcome. Thanks in advance!

Music Shit / Re: how much of your life is centered around records?
« on: September 02, 2010, 10:15:02 AM »
Sometimes I think it's too much, other moments I think I'm doing all right. Most of my friends have a certain interest in (other) music but noone on the same level as myself. Which is good in that way that it's not always music that is discussed. The negative side is f.e. that I often have to go to shows by myself.
When going on a trip, I'll always search for record shops or concerts in the city or area. Always the first thing I do. It's that bad that I don't really have an interest in countries where there's nothing to do/to find for my musical tastes.
On the job I have mostly plenty of time to browse the forums and other music related business. Not always a good thing because the more info I find, the more I buy. I keep buying more and more every year. I'm not looking for the OG's but I'm fine with boots and reissues and I try to stay up-to-date with the new releases.
Music is always playing at home. Too much records too because I can't even store all nowadays. Another investment for the (near) future. Luckily I can still finance it and I have a wife that can bear it all so it's all good.

I know it's a far stretch but since they're also from Olympia, WA: any possibility that Gun Outfit will have those White Boss and Sonskull 12" with them on their European tour?
Or any European distro's that will be selling them?
