To go along with the tour, Sewercide will be pressing a 300 copy limited run of the new "Cherry Beach" ep that will be only available from the band on tour. This will be the 3rd Sewercide release. The ep is planned to be released on a large scale in the fall with a new recording and 2 extra songs, but these recordings and the cover will be exclusive to this record. If you're one of those nerds that really has to have a copy, you better get your plane ticket booked!

See you soon...

I probably would have preordered this one, but after ordering the first from matador, having it not show up, being promised a refund and never getting it, i think my days of dealing with them are done. Having said that, i'll be hoping that my local shop gets one or two, but if they don't, i won't be sheding many tears.

I need to get the Betong Hysteria record sometime soon. Apparently the singer is a pretty huge nazi these days and there's been talk of a reissue coming out on a white power label? All second hand info, but for some reason it doesn't really surprise me...

This really is nerds at their finest hour. Going into it not quite knowing what to expect would be the best way to see this for sure...

Music Shit / Unwarping records?
« on: January 28, 2008, 08:09:26 PM »
Yes, maybe a dumb question, but i'm wondering if anyone has done this with success? I bought a 7" record recently and there is just a slight warp on the edge of it that makes my needle jump and you can certainly notice when it hits the warp in it. Normally i'd accept my losses, but the warp is only about half an inch (which is why i didn't notice it in the first place), so i'm wondering if there's anything that can be done about it to flatten it out again?

Shit, i'd never even heard of this, but it sounds pretty cool. I'll have to seek it out. And Zulu was terrible while i was in Vancouver, didn't even find anything half interesting in there...

See you soon simon!

I've never seen a copy of any of their records here in toronto. I wouldn't mind getting a copy of Facts And Views though...
