i am so upset it took 22 pages for me to start reading this.  just went through the whole thing and everytime i thought i had a good one it got snatched up (Buck-o-Nine, Black Tape for  A Blue Girl, Tiltwheel, Moist, Combustible Edison, Velocity Girl...damn)

Unless I'm mistaken none of these bands have made an appearance yet...trying to live up to the nightmarish evenings DJ Rick and Nitrates have imagineered is getting harder but:

Listen to the Mirrors OG and the new one back to back.  The new one sounds like twice as loud and clear.  I'm no audiophile but I was pretty impressed.

given the number of records they have done that i have heard, i am sure the problem you are describing has less to do with pirates than it does with the masters they were given for whatever records you are referring to.
