Non-Music Shit / addicted to the internet

I saw an interesting pbs doc on net addicts.  In one of the zillion 24 hour web cafes in japan some kids died at the keyboard after playing games online for more than 50 hours straight without food/water/sleep. Obviously this is a rare example, but it prompted me to ask a few questions...

1. How many hours do you spend online per day?

2. Could you live without the internet? seriously, think about it

3. What percentage of your media collection has actually been purchased legally?
(do you actually go to record stores and buy most of it, or do you have soulseek wide open 24 hours a day along with bit torrent downloading a million terabytes of content all day every day)

4. Are your eyes, back, and wrists all fucked up for being online all the time?

i like the new one.

I just washed mine with my laundry in the washing machine last night. WHOOPS.

If its not working, put it in a bag of uncooked rice for a couple days, it will absorb the moisture out of it quicker, and it should power back up ok.

I've had a 3G S for a while, it rules. sold my iPod 80 gig classic cuz I keep my mp3s on my phone for out and about. heard that the 4GS will be 64 gig standard - with live video chat, AND a detachable BATTERY! some killer recording apps out there (4-track), also the bebot app (basically a synth, with theremin emulator, fuzzed out analog sounds, and a loop option where you can layer up to 8 parts on top of each other. I sound like a MIDIOT

You were kinda freaking me out with your iPhone the other night. You were just scrolling thru itunes folders of obscure punk shit; the covers were making me dizzy. And then you almost left it on the table.

Oh, yeah, I was there til 6 AM and never even DJed. Bunch of fucking bullshit. I didn't even care. It was superdouchebag central up in that piece. Hopefully God wipes that bar off the map post-haste.
Haha, good to hang though.  I ordered a drink there and the bartender said ?we don?t have limes?.  I?m surprised they had ICE at the bar, or CUPS. good call on the flask action.  Yup, the iphone has taken me over, it almost escaped again at the security check at the Philly airport. the sample on the second track on that demo is claude from the decline part one @ 4:58 here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCUJwxtw7PY&feature=related) its kinda buried in the geetars though.  I think cigs checked him out in the late nineties? I gotta lay off the p-funks

Liking the new Balaclavas LP.

Since I was, uh, like 8 when Metal Box was released, I have to take what I can get.

Sounds a lot closer to GoGoGo Airheart, if you ask me. Which ain't necessarily the worst thing, they actually had some good stuff.

i remember gogo did a decent revved up version of trap by the pop group
