Music Shit / Warped 7"s

Since summertime, I've noticed a healthy amount of warped records making their way into my hands. Seems they're all warped the exact same way. They're not excessively warped, just slightly bowed. Even the tests I've gotten from United are like this.

I know Bubbledumb has had their issues with warped records, but I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this problem. Anybody know what the deal is over there at the plant? How are they managing to do this?

Non-Music Shit / Anybody know anything about external soundcards?

Hey. My laptop lacks a Line In jack and I'd like to transfer some recordings from my 4 track and burn some CDs. I'm okay on software, but the world of USB friendly external soundcards seems pretty vast. Can somebody recommend an affordable and decent quality one?
