it's hard to pay attention when you're cranked the fuck out.

seriously though, it's amazing more people don't get killed every year by oblivious cunt truck drivers. every time i've driven around the country i've gotten into some kind of altercation.

i robbed one when i was 17 and a much different person. made about $150. felt guilty about it, seemed like the bitch already had enough problems, and although i was poor i wasn't starving. after that i only robbed upper middle class white kids. i've moved out of 2 apartments in the last 4 years because of roomates bringing home hookers. dumb ho stole my kanye west cd.

that's not what i was saying. i'm saying there are SO MANY FUCKING BANDS it's hard to keep track of them all, unless doing so is your main priority. why would that offend anyone?

i don't know how  people even keep track of the million and 50 bands that have completely saturated (perfect way to put it) this scene/genre/whatever. HC punk is even worse. i'm convinced some people must spend 24/7/365 of their lives thinking about nothing else but punk rock and being punk rock. there are a bunch of bands that i've never heard (or heard of) that don't play here in chicago, never have, you almost definitely won't hear them on the radio, even college stations. but the "scene" people (stupid ramones haircuts, standing around name-dropping half ass rockstars, looking like wicker park threw up all over them) know the shit like religion.

Suckdog had some moments on their recordings....but not all too listenable.  I'll spare furthur details, since you'll likely be reading about them shortly.

yea, she talks about her and a friend just rambling, making weird noises and arguing on a tape then sending it to gg who after listening said he'd do a show with them if they organized it. that sounds pretty cool.

i just started Drugs are Nice: A Post-Punk Memoir by Lisa Crystal Carver. she was apparently in some band called SUCKDOG that i've never heard of. i think she may be a zine writer, i don't care about diy zines at all unless they're specifically about music, so i've never heard of her. it's supposedly a true story, in the first chapter she's at a greyhound station when gg allin wanders in and they strike up a friendship. so far so good.
