Another interesting proto punk tune that wasn't listed in Johan's piece is Badfinger' "Andy Norris" from '74. With the exception of the vocals, the track sounds like the early Boys.
I think he did a good job but you could say I'm biased.
ps: that Adrenalin clip is awesome. I went to the band myspace, they seem to have take a wrong turn pretty early on...

Their 45 is from 1990, it's different from the early stuff.

I once managed to turn an unplayable Ventures LP into a playable one by putting it between two piece of glass and a lot of weight on the top in a hot veranda on a summer day. The record is still warped but not as bad.
