I was listening to Lee Harvey Oswald Band last week, the self titled 12" on Touch and Go. 1st time I had spun that slab of vinyl for at least a decade and it still rocks.
Googled Rick Sims after that and came across his website. http://www.ricksimssounddesign.com/
The guy writes musicals now, and pretty lame ones at that.

Ian Dury recorded his Lord Upminster album with Jamaican rhythm section Sly and Robbie.
whilst no means a punk rock record, Dury is closely linked with the early UK punk scene.
Oh and it is probably his worst recorded effort.
