I have recently bought a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Esprit SB (DC) . It has a built in speed box so you can change speed at the touch of a . button. It has manual return of the tonearm, so I am thinking of getting one of the arm lifting gadgets.
Sound quality is streets ahead of my 30 year old Technics deck. I am sure 30 years of live rock has ruined my ears some what, but I loving the rich full sound it is giving my vinyl.

Had the good fortune to see KSR play in Melbourne, some time long ago in the dim dark past in a pub that no longer exists.
There was only about 50 people there, but the power and intensity of the band is something I will never forget.

Dead Boys - Young Loud and Snotty. Reissuse on green vinyl. I didn't have a copy on vinyl, now I do.

Leather Towel - S/T on Aarght Records.

Cable Ties - S/T on Poison City. Possibly one of the best Australian releases in the last 5 years. Equal parts Wire, Kleenex, and X Ray Spex. Smart, political, but not in your face. I can't wait to see them live.
