upstarts first and second records were pretty ok. i've actually been listening to parts of the second one now and then lately.
guttermouth were apparantly pretty funny pranksters. something about a box of crickets in some bands van the last night of a tour. music wise ehhh...
i got taken to see flogging molly once. i yelled for fastway songs (one of them was in fastway).
i'll add the current wave of "power violence" and grind bands. there's too many to list.

i been listening to new Time Flys LP
it's great. they were never a straight forward "hardcore" band. too herky jerky and too much song structure. i dig em. i pull that record out once in a while and get into it.

i dunno. mads going nuts while they play is part of the fun of their show to me. but, you can't please all the people etc etc.
can't wait to hear the final product from the sessions in memphis.
show in detroit was mediocre in attendance being mid week and there being some party at a bar down the street that people kept coming and going to but everyone there was stoked on the show.
