How is it?  I drove thru Louisville back in July but didn't have a chance to stop.  Nice looking neighborhoods and buildings from what little I saw.

Lexington looks nice too but is a fucking bore.

Louisville is good for getting drunk since bars are cheap and don't close til 4 am but the music scene is really weak. If you are into a bunch of wusses playing really bad hardcore or shitty DJ parties then it's fun. The town is about as punk rock as a plate a shrimp. It's a nice, safe town though and as they say it's "where the bricks meet the sticks." KY is 98% country and 2% Lexington + Louisville. Louisville is better than St. Louis and Lexington though. But Lexington gets better drugs.

Well, I think this band called the Endtables might have you beat.  You should check them out, they're pretty good.

I got some of their tunes off a Louisville compilation. They're alright, nothing extraordinary.

Boy Howdy! Long time fan of Termbo, just giving an introduction. Found out about the board when I started listening to LiveFastDie when they still were together. I like booze, butts, and Chuck Berry. I play in Louisville's first and only garage-punk band. You guys have goooood taste and I can dig it. I'll be sauced @ Gonerfest in 2 weeks, maybe you will too. Later.

i can see how the kid got alotta undeserved hype and notice, but what's so bad about this record? i'm not saying my opinion is better than yours i just want to see if i can look at it from your point of view.
