Great ending! Phil gets whacked and you get to decide for yourself what happens to the Soprano family. There are rumors about a movie to end the show but this sorta confirms that rumors are rumors.

why the fuck would I want to figure out what happens to the sopranos family myself? that's not my job. i'm the viewer. it's david chase's job to come up with some sort of fucking conclusion for the nearly 10 year long television show he created.

I'm guessing it's supposed to be open-ended where we can either interpret it going black as tony getting killed, or not getting shot at all, just to show how he's always gonna have to look over his shoulder. either way it is complete fucking bullshit because i have watched this show from the beginning with the hopes that there would eventually be a concrete fucking ending so i can have closure on the characters i've put so much time into. i would have been better off missing this pathetic last episode.
